• After our chat, once you’re ready to move forward, a professional planning fee is required to begin the in-depth work. This fee covers my time, research, and expertise as I create a personalized itinerary and handle all the logistics. Once it's paid, the planning begins.

• I’ll dive into designing your custom itinerary, complete with hotels, activities, and transportation that match your travel style. You’ll receive a beautiful, interactive digital trip proposal with photos, clickable links, daily suggestions, and full descriptions — so you can truly visualize your trip before we book. We’ll review everything together and make any tweaks until it’s just right.

• Once you’re thrilled with the plan, I’ll take care of securing every reservation — hotels, flights, transfers, tours, dining experiences, and more.

• Before your departure, you’ll receive a bound itinerary booklet in the mail as well as an organized digital itinerary, destination tips, and all your travel documents in one place. I’ll also provide packing advice and be available for last-minute questions.

Your only job now is to relax and make memories. If anything unexpected pops up while you’re traveling, you’ll have in-destination contacts to assist, and I’m always just a message away.
